The innovator, the entrepreneur and chef.

Herman Rasmuson is an innovator and entrepreneur with a background as a chef. He’s run several restaurants, competed in ”Årets viltkock” (Game chef of the year) and written several cookbooks. One of them “Syrat” was chosen to represent Sweden in “Gourmand Cookbook Awards” the cook book world championships in the category “Best cookbook of the year”. He’s also received an award for best basic Swedish literature on meals, from Måltidsakademien (The mealtime academy). Today Herman Rasmuson runs Herman Rasmusons Matbyrå, a company that provides information and communication about food and meals.
